Hi! I'm Leanne!

Home is Horncastle, Lincolnshire and always has been. Home is also my husband Nathan, who I married in 2012 when we were both young, slim and smooth! Fast forward 13 years, two houses, two kids and two businesses later…here we are! 

I think if people who knew me were to describe me they’d say I was a grafter, someone who likes to keep it very real and someone who likes to laugh. I am always the same, and people know where they are with me. I cannot be bothered nor have the headspace for unnecessary drama (although I bloody love a good bit of gossip)! 

My photography business is something incredibly special to me. I started this with absolutely nothing and have built myself a pretty damn good side hustle! I am completely self-taught. No-one has ever taught me how to use a camera, how to edit, how to process thousands of images - I have learned every bit for myself. Every step involved in running this business is done by me which at times is extremely hard but there is no way I could ever let go of any bit of it! 

I now take on a very limited amount of work per year whilst working full-time. I’ve been there and worn the burnout t-shirt and trust me when I say it’s no fun for nobody! I count myself as very lucky to be able to do this, and have had so much support over the fifteen years I’ve been doing this from so many amazing people.

The studio is not the place for me and I do not like wrapping up newborn babies and putting them in tiny baskets! I like real moments, blending the polished and the unpolished together to tell a true story of your day or your business.
